The NHWMIS is a comprehensive digital platform introduced by MoHP Nepal to create a centralized and updated repository of all health workers in Nepal, including doctors, public health professionals, nurses, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals. This system aims to facilitate digital tracking of health cadres, evidence-based planning and overall governance of the health workforce across the country.
