Survey: Data consolidation on Nepalese NCDI studies – The Nepal NCDI Poverty Commission
Nepal NCDI Poverty Commission is a country level platform of NCDI researchers formed in the wake of Global NCDI Poverty Commission (http://www.ncdipoverty.org/). The main objective of the national commission in Nepal is to assess the burden, risk factors and mortality due to key NCDIs (all major NCDs, mental health, respiratory diseases and injuries), and its distribution by socio-economic status (SES) and poverty index. This information will help the national commission develop a package of key interventions addressing NCDIs. The working group one in the national commission is consolidating information on Nepalese NCDI studies.
