Job Description

Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN), a local implementing partner of Marie Stopes International in Nepal, is a well-established NGO which is delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through‐out Nepal via different service delivery channels: centres and Marie Stopes (MS) Ladies. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global charity for providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

We are looking for qualified and competent candidates for the following position: 

Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Kathmandu
Employment Type: Contractual (with a maximum period of 1 year)

Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible to ensure robust, technically sound, efficient and effective program implementation and systems are in place for implementation of project activities of the organization.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Public Health, or Nursing with minimum of 5 years of experience in similar field.
  • Experience in managing donor grants, financial forecasting, donor reporting, and overseeing external contractors, consultants, and staff performance.
  • Experience in reproductive health programming, advocacy on SRH issues, problem- solving in fast-paced environments, and collaboration with the Nepalese government across central, provincial, and local levels.
