Job Description

International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following positions, INF Nepal, Green Pastures Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, Pokhara and INF Nepal Banke Community programs is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.

Position: MEAL Officer
Required Number: 1
Location: INF Banke Office, Nepalgung
Purpose of the Job:

The position holder is responsible for liaising with assigned projects to build the capacity of the projects and systems for MEAL activities to ensure the highest technical standard of work.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Public health or Social Science or other relevant subjects with a minimum of three years of MEAL experience in various projects in an NGO/INGO Setting.
  • Good understanding of the project management cycle in regard to empowerment projects.
  • Proven ability to lead MEAL within the project cycle.
  • High level of skill with Windows Word, Excel, Kobo Toolbox and other relevant data analysis systems.
  • Demonstrate ability to train and build capacity of others.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Nepali.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively to all assigned project areas.
  • Good understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF.
