Position: Immunization Associate

Overview:

An Immunization associate plays a critical role in a digital health analytics project by bridging the gap between field-level data collection and data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate field activities and data collection.
  • Analyze immunization data and contribute to model enhancement.
  • Support report writing and dissemination efforts.
  • Coordinate with local health officials and stakeholders for FGDs and KIIs.
  • Support program manager in executing routine project activities.
  • Coordinate with different internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting training sessions for healthcare workers on the use of digital tools and data entry procedures.
  • Collaborating with community health workers to promote the use of digital tools and encourage participation in immunization programs.
  • Providing feedback to the technical team to improve the user experience and functionality of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBBS, BDS with MPH or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in public health. Having experience of working in immunization domain would be an asset.
  • Ability to write reports under supervision.
  • Clean, analyse and draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Conducting gaps and situation analysis.
  • Ability to conduct literature review under supervision.

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Must have legal authorization to work in Nepal.
