Job Description

Geruwa Rural Awareness Association, Bardiya is seeking Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer to work as a team member in WASH system strengthening (SAFAL) Project in the Bardiya district, funded by Terre des hommes (Tdh) Foundation.

The objective of the WASH System Strengthening Project is to ensure sustainable access to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) services in healthcare facilities and schools. The project focuses on enhancing local capacities, strengthening governance, and promoting inclusive and climate-resilient infrastructure.

We are looking for an energetic candidate who meet the following criteria.

Vacancy No: 01/2080/81

Position: MEAL Officer

Required No: 1

Age: Between 21 to 45 years

Type of Exam Computer based written assessment, Practical test and Interview
Minimum Academic Qualification and Experiences: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in BSc. CSIT, BPH, or development Studies (Masters preferred) in any discipline with 3 years in MEAL role in development projects, Competent in developing MEAL plans, conducting assessments, data management, and implementing Complaint Feedback Response Mechanisms (CFRM), Strong skills on Ms. office, Google Sheets and KoBo toolbox for qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting, case/ success stories writing as well as strong documentation skills.
