Job Description

Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. We provide a supportive learning environment to women, children, and youth, laying the foundation for their career development. As an implementing partner of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Sudurpaschim province, PeaceWin is actively engaged in programs focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender Equality, and Women Empowerment (GEWE) in Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Baitadi, Doti, Kailali, and Kanchanpur. PeaceWin is currently inviting applications from qualified Nepali citizens committed to delivering results with the highest integrity for the following positions:

Position: Monitoring and Reporting Officer (Level – 9) – 1 Position

Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, with frequent visits to program districts.

Summary: Develop and implement a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, ensuring systematic measurement of programme results while ensuring quality data-driven reporting.

Qualifications: Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience in public health, statistics, population, social science, or related field, or equivalent experience with a strong monitoring and reporting background, as well as proficient English language skills.
