Home Courses IVI’s 23rd International Vaccinology Course

Vaccine to Vaccination: from Science to Society, 2-6 September 2024

The course aims to train vaccine professionals, including participation from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), with input from world-renowned experts from various fields in vaccinology, immunology, epidemiology, communication, and more as faculty members. Through lectures, quizzes, case studies, networking opportunities, and site visits to tour local vaccine manufacturing facilities, the course is an inclusive and immersive experience. For over 20 years, the IVC has trained nearly 5,000 vaccine professionals worldwide and certified an additional 1,100 participants through an online course, fostering lasting collaborative partnerships in research and public health.

The IVI Vaccinology Fellowship grants all-inclusive financial support to selected researchers from LMICs who demonstrate potential leadership in public health in their home countries and current workplaces. We strongly encourage early-career researchers to apply for a fellowship and attend the 23rd IVC in Seoul or Kigali. Applicants from Africa are strongly encouraged to apply to the Kigali location, and applicants from non-African LMICs must apply to attend at IVI headquarters in Seoul. View a sample of the application here, but please note that all completed applications must be submitted through the appropriate links below.

The IVI Fellowship Selection Committee is accepting applications until 19 May 2024 at 23:59 KST.
