Applications are now open for BactiVac Network online training courses. These courses will support the training development of the BactiVac Network members. The courses include:
Grant Writing Course
Grant Writing Course (November 24 & 26, 2020, 13:00 – 16:30 hours GMT) will benefit researchers with little or no experience writing proposals to funding bodies. Previous experience in writing proposals is welcome but not required. The course will cover how to turn ideas into a written proposal that is interesting and easy for reviewers to understand using real-life examples to complement the theory.
Project Management Course
Project Management Course (December 1 & 3, 2020, 13:00 – 16:30 hours GMT) is aimed at Network members who want to build capacity for all stages of their project cycle, from bid writing through implementation to program closure. The target audience is researchers working on and leading projects, but who may not see themselves as professional project managers. It will also include participant interaction.
Online training courses will be delivered by Dr. Laura Knogler from Scriptoria. The courses will be offered online through Zoom. Scriptoria online courses are highly interactive and engage participants through presentations, group discussions, partnered exercises, and polls.
