Position Description Eligibility
Senior Awards Manager Required No.:1 (One) This is a Senior Management position responsible for delivering an efficient and effective award management function. S/he will lead award management for all programmes and develop best practice award management processes across the Nepal & Bhutan Country Office. Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies or related Social Sciences;

At least seven years (five years for GSI* group) of experience in award

management procedures and processes in development organization(s)

Term & Location: Fixed-term;
Country Office, Kathmandu
Research Coordinator- MILAN (Migration for Labour in Nepal) project

Required No.:1 (One)

Responsible for the overall design and

implementation                     of qualitative/quantitative

research      component including action

research on case plan alternatives and push/pull factors for child labour; ensuring process documentation; assisting MEAL focal point in the regional field office to conduct baseline study and end line evaluation

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Research Studies, Development Studies, Social Work, or related Social Sciences;

At least three years (two years for GSI* group) of relevant research experience

Term & Location: Fixed-term for
15 months; Triveni Rural Municipality under Mid & Far Western Field Office
Entomologist- Global Fund Required No.:1 (One) Provide technical assistance to the Global Fund Malaria Component, especially in study design of the entomological component, designing, conducting and supervising entomological activities in all project sites, conducting special entomological experiments, laboratory processing of mosquitoes, and management and analysis of entomological data and developing scientific reports. Bachelor in Public Health; preferably MPH or MSc in Medical Entomology or Tropical Medicine with a major in Entomology/Parasitology or Zoology with Postgraduate Diploma in applied Entomology;

At least three years (two years for GSI* group) of professional experience as Entomologist

Term & Location: Fixed-term;
Dhangadhi under Mid & Far Western Field Office


*GSI group include Female. DAL Madhesi. People with Disabilities and other indigenous/minorities
