Training Coordinator- The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal: The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal (INF/N) is a christian non-government organization that has worked in health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal for more than 65 years.
INF/N, Oversees three hospitals namely, Green Pastures hospital (GPH)- Pokhara, shining Hospital- Banke and Shining Hospital -Surkhet. The Ear Centre at GPH is very well equipped facility with expanding patient base, wide range of ear services, full audiological service and excellent opportunities for personal and service development.
INF GPHRC Ear Service Department is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali citizen for the following posts;
Purpose of the job: The holder of this new post will facilitates Ear Service the training programme. This may include running courses, events and fellowships, and community with trainers. Training may be delivered to internal staff, community volunteers and professional health personnels. The job holder will be responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting, timetabling, monitoring and coordination ensuring the work is done effectively and efficiently. The job holder will develop networks with professionals and organizations, working closely with the ear services health and the ear services coordinator, to develop and implement project.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- BPH/Bachelor in any disciplines with minimum 2 years work experience in related field.
- Good Interpersonal communication, planning, budgeting and reporting skills.
- Establish and maintain productive relationship within the organization and with key stakeholders.
- Having positive attitude and behaviour.
