Field Coordinator- Padhati Bikash Sewa Kendra/System Development Service Center

Padhati Bikash Sewa Kendra/System Development Service Center, Nepal is a well-established non-profitable & non-governmental organization working in the field of Health& integrated nutrition, Child protection, Education, Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Women empowerment, Social Mobilization, Gender &Social Inclusion, Good Governance and Livelihood program since 17 years in Gorkha district. SDSC has successfully implemented USAID funded Suaahara-I program & implementing Suaahara-II (Integrated Nutrition) Program to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women, lactating mothers, children under 2 years’ age and adolescents in Gorkha District in collaboration with the consortium (Helen Keller International, CARE International, FHI 360, NTAG, ENPHO, Equal Access and VDRC) led by Helen Keller International (HKI).

SDSC is seeking a dynamic, energetic, professional and highly qualified candidate to work in the above entitled project for the given position& places.

Position: Field Coordinator

Basic Responsibilities

Field Coordinator will be responsible for all project management, Frequent reporting, assuring high program quality, MER, compliance and maintaining all coordination and linkages at district level line agencies, 9 Rural and 2 Urban Municipalities, Suaahara-II district team and concern stakeholders. FC will fully responsible for effective program planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Support to conduct various trainings, workshops in district and UM/level. The FC should ready to work in under pressure.

Required Qualification/Experience in related field

  • Bachelor in Public Health (BPH) with 1-3 years’ experiences in related field (Preference given to Master of Public Health)
  • Proficiency on office package in computer
  • Having Valid Motorbike license
  • Strong Coordination and Collaboration with Stakeholders.
  • Having positive and learning attitude.

  • Municipality-2
  • Rural Municipality -9 , Gorkha (40% field visit & 60% project work)
