Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN) is a well‐established NGO delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through‐ out the country via centres, mobile outreach teams to remote areas and social marketing. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global social business providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

The Data Entry Professional (DEP) is mainly responsible in entering data derived from Family Planning Discontinuation Study (Baseline).
The DEP should entry the information into the database during working days between 9:30 to 17:00 at SPN Support office, Baluwatar.
Duration of the Assignment:
Fixed Term assignment for 15 work days with possibility of extension.
The DEP shall strictly maintain the accuracy of the data entered into the database and is responsible to save and create its backup of all the work done during the process.
The DEP shall maintain the confidentiality of the data and shall not discuss the details of the information outside and inside the SPN/MSI during and after the contract.
All data entered into the database will remain the property of SPN/MSI and shall not share to others without the permission of SPN/MSI.
The database which is in possession of the DEP should be handed back to SPN immediately after completing the assigned work.
Qualification and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in public health (BPH) with an experience of working in research, data collection and analysis preferably in Sexual and Reproductive Health. Prior experience of working with EpiData Software 4.4 version.
Payment will be done on the basis of the number of data entered per questionnaire. The payments will be settled within a week (working days) after the database is handed and verified for its accuracy by RME team and upon return of the entire questionnaire to SPN support office.
